Why life is a JOURNEY?

Life's journey isn't just about getting to the destination... it's about the JOURNEY.

So don't think that we have to rush to get to the destination. One of the important part in our Christian life is: THE JOURNEY

The journey is the important part, what we take time for, the poeple we influence, and what we learn and experience along the way.

The Christian journey is also where we can find God and where we can learn about Him.

That's what life is all about, and if we don't take the time to get to know him, then we will miss the meaning of the whole trip of our journey.

Things in life aren't random (this could not be repeated) and they don't happen by accident. There is a wonderful plan at work that runs deeper that we know. God's force flows through life, affecting our personal destiny, and the destiny of the world we live in.

Don't fall of the "big bang" lies that there is no purpose and no reasnon and we don't seem to be getting anywhere. His plan is on schedule and things are happening exactly when and where He knows they should. There is a reason for everything (Ecc. 11:1) "And we can make a difference!

We are under God's care in this journey through life and He loves us...

There is no beauty as striking as His, no power as potent as His, no feelings as stimulating as His, no words as truthful as His, no stability as sturdy as His, no strength as reliable as His, no protection as dependable as His, no gifts as precious as His, no love as enduring as His.

REMEMBER:

His love for us cannot be measured, contained, explained, understood, compared, or seen. It must just be accepted for what it is...

"The purest, truest love we will ever know.

So don't rush through life putting aside our time with God or enjoying our family and friends otherwise we will miss the whole point for our journey, and all that we accomplish and go through will be for naught.

Make the most of our journey by leaning about God, loving Him, seeking Him, discovering Him and helping those around us. Before we know it, we'll have arrived at our final stop(destination) and He will be there waiting for us and say "Welcome thy good and faithful servan..."

I love this video, and yes, while travelling in ths life's journey, we should have fun and just enjoy life like it is our last. Like the author of this video said, we cannot waste our lives worrying coz life is waay too short. I may be here today, but gone tomorrow. That is why, let us enjoy our youthfulness because one day, we could only look back how fabulous we looked. At one point in our lives, we will be frail, old and gray. That is reality!

I like the video so much. it reminds me that life is too short.one might have lived up to 70,80,90,100 or even 200 yet, still too short. a lot of things to accomplished however, our time is finite. life is too short to dwell on our failures, to entertain frustrations and to worry on something that doesn't deserve a portion of our time. It helped me to see the unpleasant things into a different perspective, enjoying God's rewards to me, my family and my friends. it made me realize not to waste my time saying those words that do wonders. a simple "hello" may cheer someone, thank you to let the person know that he/she is appreciated and sorry may mend broken relationships. it had also influenced me to embrace life with joy and to enjoy my life more and more each day. they say we should live like it's our last but it's good as well to live like it's our first cause it's like having a fresh start everyday free from pain, hurts and grudges.Thank you for keeping on posting videos and articles that touch, move and change my life. God bless!

The Great Dictator

Here's a scene from the movie The Great Dictator, a very straightforward and intellectual film of the famous Charlie Chaplin. Very power...
